Description
Jacoby Ford began his freshman year at Clemson University in 2006 when he played 12 out of 13 games and made four touchdowns. The following year, after he was named the Southeast Region Indoor Track Athlete of the Year, he recorded 17 receptions for 310 yards, four touchdowns, 14 rushing attempts for 172 yards, 18 punt returns for 108 yards and eight kick returns for 211 yards. By the 2008 football season, he played in all 13 games, and when track season rolled around, he was named an NCAA All-American, All-East Region and All-ACC athlete for the second time. Just after the 2009 football season, Ford was ranked seventh out of 310 wide receiver prospects for 2010 NFL Draft and on April 24th, he was drafted by the Oakland Raiders.
